Good neighbors

House and condo rules apply: air conditioning only with doors and windows closed, nothing from indoors taken outside, house towels stay in the house, shower before the pool, and no sand, sunscreen, food, or alcohol in it. A caretaker does night rounds. Breaking the rules can mean $25–$50 fines or ending the stay with no refund.
